More Than a Meal. A Movement.
Biblically Clean. Boldly Crafted.

Where Culinary Art Meets Conviction
Eclectic Catering was born from a desire to make clean, culturally rich food accessible, exciting, and unforgettable.
We began with a single conviction: food can nourish body and soul.
After a decade of cooking across Detroit, Houston, LA, and Austin, we discovered a deeper calling. Three years ago, the scriptures introduced our chef to Biblically Clean cuisine—and with it, a radical new way to cook: no pork, no shellfish or any other unclean thing. Just intentional, honest ingredients and ancient wisdom on every plate. That journey has reshaped how we cook, connect, and create.

Biblically Clean, from start to finish
We follow a strict Biblically Clean standard rooted primarily in Leviticus 11 within the 1611 KJV Bible with the Apocrypha.
That means no pork, shellfish, or processed seed oils.
We use ethically sourced meats, whole ingredients, and clean cooking fats like olive oil, avocado oil, and beef tallow.
You’ll never have to wonder what’s on your plate — we cook with transparency, intention, and a whole lot of love.
Flavor that Travels — But Feels Like Home
Our food is deeply influenced by our chef’s multicultural family heritage and Detroit upbringing, where Middle Eastern, soul food, and Coney Island flavors met on every corner.
But our reach extends further:
- Smoky Texas BBQ & Hill Country hospitality
- Vietnamese & Indian flair from Houston
- Bold, playful Korean-Mexican fusion inspired by LA
- The nostalgic flavors of late-night Jersey empanadas and Austin breakfast tacos
Every event is a remix — a celebration of roots, cultures, and creativity.
