A Culinary Journey from Detroit to Canyon Lake

I’m Chef Sabrina, the founder of Eclectic Catering Co. and Eclectic Eats: Live. My love affair with food started in Detroit’s melting pot of flavors—Coney Island classics, Bucharest Grill shawarmas, and soul food Sundays—before taking me to the kitchens of Houston, Los Angeles, Austin, and now, the Hill Country of Texas.

For years, my work was rooted purely in creativity and flavor. But three years ago, I was introduced to the Biblical scriptures, and everything changed—both personally and professionally. As I learned the dietary laws found in the Hebrew Bible, I felt called to align my cooking with my faith. That meant creating menus that are 100% Biblically Clean, free from pork and shellfish, using honest fats, organic produce, and ethically raised proteins.

Now, every dish I create is more than a recipe—it’s an opportunity to teach others about the beauty, flavor, and health of eating in alignment with scripture.
