How far in advance should I book?

  • Social & corporate events: 3–6 weeks in advance
  • Weddings & large gatherings: 3–6 months in advance
  • Intimate Events (2–10 guests): 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability

Can you create custom menus?

Yes. We provide Custom Menu Development for $200 (credited to your event if booked). Perfect for themed dinners or one-of-a-kind experiences.

Do you offer kids’ menus?

Yes. We offer tiered Kids’ Menus with biblically clean proteins, fresh vegetables, fruit cups, and plated desserts

What is your deposit & cancellation policy?

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
  • Final payment due 7 days before your event
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may incur additional charges

Do you provide rentals, décor, or service staff?

Yes. We offer:

  • Servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Rentals (china, glassware, linens, specialty equipment)
  • Décor & tablescaping packages

Do you follow dietary laws?

Yes. All of our menus are Biblically Clean — no shrimp, lobster, catfish, or pork. We highlight premium proteins such as lamb, beef, turkey, chicken, duck, tuna, cod, salmon, branzino, and sea bass.

What are your catering minimums?

  • Weekdays (Mon–Fri): $750 food & beverage minimum
  • Sundays: $1,200 food & beverage minimum
  • For smaller groups, see our Intimate Events Catalog (2–10 guests).

Do you offer drop-off service?

Yes.

  • Drop-Off Catering – meals delivered in eco-friendly disposables, ready to serve.
  • On-Site Catering – full chef and staff service, plated or buffet presentation.

Do you travel?

We serve Canyon Lake and the Texas Hill Country (New Braunfels, Wimberley, San Marcos, Fredericksburg, Boerne, and surrounding areas). Travel outside of this range may include additional fees.
